PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
MSR series heat tracing cables are exceptional heating cables. Constructed of a semi-conductive heater polymer锛坅lso named as 鈥淧TC鈥濓級 extruded between parallel bus wires with the addition of insulation layer. They are widely applied to pipelines and storage tanks for process temperature maintenance.

With a holding temperature up to 105鈩?MSR self-regulating heat tracing cables are fit for various applications, except for those of steam purging.
Also, they can be used for anti-freeze of large pipes and applications where medium exposure temperatures are required.
MSR-J is the basic middle temperature heating cable type, with the Max.maintain temperature up to 105鈩?nbsp;(221掳F), while the Max.exposure temperature is 135鈩?nbsp;(275掳F).Generally used in places where there is no explosion-proof or anti-corrosion requirements, and the environmental humidity is not high.
MSR-P/F is enhanced with an additional aluminum-magnesium alloy braid(tinned cooper for option), sheathed by a fluoropolymer out jacket. Compared to MSR-J, it has a good performance on anti-corrosive, also with characteristic of explosion proof, ideal for places with explosion-proof requirements, especially chemicals, power supply and other places need corrosion resistance.
The resistance of the automatic temperature tracing belt increases with the increase of temperature until it reaches infinity. There is no current for a few hours, and the resistance value changes with the temperature. Constant power tracing belt, the resistance value does not change with the temperature, and the power consumption is always the same.
The automatic temperature electric belt can be cut at will and can realize cross winding. It is especially used for heat tracing of irregular and small objects, such as valves and instruments. However, the constant power electric heating belt cannot realize cross winding, so special attention should be paid to its installation spacing. In addition, the self limiting electric heating belt can realize zone heat tracing. The heating temperature of each meter of the core belt is different, which is especially suitable for the same pipe heat tracing under different ambient temperatures, such as indoor to outdoor pipes.
